Hemply Balance is growing very fast, and in order to scale up, we are looking for an E-commerce Manager to develop and carry out the company’s strategic online sales and marketing plans. The role requires a digital and analytical skillset. You will have the overall picture of the performance of Hemply Balance online sales. It will be your responsibility to share and educate the organization, so they can use data insights in the best way. You will create an insight drive hypothesis for conversion improving actions and test these to evaluate what actions impact conversion on the online sales. We believe that you have experience from a similar or a relevant e-commerce manager education. You will report to the CEO.
- Set the e-commerce strategy aligned with relevant KPI’s and budget goals
- Analyze and follow up, amend the strategy when necessary.
- Work closely with the social media and marketing team to maximize sales
- Monitor, analyze customer behavior, SEO, and other web traffic metrics, and implement strategies to enhance consumer journey and sales.
- Collaborate and oversee logistics and customer service to ensure optimum consumer journey
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in e-commerce, design tools, and applications
Skills: Experience in e-commerce management of a minimum of one year or similar relevant education. Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and knowledge of online marketing channels. Analytical and multitasking skills are vital—understanding of logistics management. Technical know-how and passion are essential.
